What are you saying?

“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:2-3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In Genesis, darkness was acknowledged but given no voice. It is formless. It is empty. It has an inability to shape, comfort or fill you.

We don’t speak of it or to it. It’s nothing.

We speak LIGHT.

So no matter how darkness has tried to enter or overshadow your life, just like a shadow…. It is nothing. It is formless and void. Light dissipates shadows.

I woke up with Anthony Brown’s song in my spirit. “I cannot explain it. This may not make sense. I know what it looks like but I choose to go against that. See I’m speaking something different. I’m claiming something different. Expecting something different.“

Testing 1, 2, 3

Light is different from darkness. What if this was only a test? Perhaps not one you studied for but one in which you were told that the answer is actually the opposite of what you see.

Mute the Darkness

So what darkness have you acknowledged?

Hatred? Let there be Love.

Lack? Let there be Abundance.

Sadness? Let there be Joy.

Doubt? Let there be Faith.

Lies? Let there be Truth. Dissatisfaction? Let there be Fulfillment. Confusion? Let there be Clarity.

Chaos? Let there be Peace. Bondage? Let there be Freedom. Insecurity? Let there be Confidence.

You get the point. May the Light of God illuminate your path. I pray you speak LIGHT 🗣💡
